Smoothies are good not only because they are full of healthy ingredients but they are also filling. I left additional sweeteners out of this one so it's not overly sweet, but the natural fruit flavors shine through.
What's Inside
2 whole kiwis
1/2 Cup frozen strawberries
1 heaping tbs of plain yogurt
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup of ice
Blend above ingredients until smooth, pour in a glass and enjoy.
