In my opinion sunny side up eggs are the third easiest breakfast egg to make. Only preceded by boiled and scrambled eggs. They are simple and with a bit of salt and pepper can be very flavorful. The runny yolks are not for everyone, but I would recommend at least giving them a try.

What's insides 

2 whole eggs

1/4 tbs butter

salt and pepper

Crack the egg into a small bowl. Melt the butter in a small skillet. When the butter starts to bubble pour the egg into the skilled.  Allow egg to cook for a couple of minutes until white become firm and the yolk is set. Once cooked, slide egg out of skillet onto a plate. Season with salt and pepper.
