Make It Meaningful

There is that sweet spot in life. When everything is as it should be. You have time to enjoy the feelings of youth but you have the stability and wisdom that comes with age. It's a beautiful place, like the meetings of two universes. Where the lessons from the past project your insight to the future.

Some will never see old age while others will live far beyond the years of usefulness. I am not qualified to say when that is, but you know it when you get there.

During that time, between the lung filling screams of birth, and the slow paced breaths of death, we have this middle ground, called life. And at this midpoint, we find wisdom and ourselves.

For those those who are there, share what you have learned. For those who are ascending, learn to listen and observe. Learn to absorb and not just exists. Learn to be, to see, to hear, to speak, and to be quiet. Understand that you will never always have full understanding.

Do not carry anger or resentment. Allow yourself to heal and be healed. Allow yourself to give and feel joy. In the history that is time, we are only here for a brief fraction. So make it meaningful.

Here is today’s Motivation:

“The goal isn’t to live forever, the goal is to create something that will.”

~Chuck Palahniuk
